  1. Poučení o právu na odstoupení od smlouvy
    Právo odstoupit od smlouvy
    Jako kupující – spotřebitel máte právo odstoupit od kupní smlouvy bez udání důvodu ve lhůtě 14 dnů. Lhůta pro odstoupení běží ode dne následujícího po dni, kdy vy nebo vámi určená třetí osoba (jiná než dopravce) převezmete zboží.
    Pro účely uplatnění práva na odstoupení od smlouvy musíte o svém odstoupení informovat prodávajícího: Trafo Gallery s.r.o., Nad Zemankou 894/3, 147 00 Praha 4, e-mail: trafogallery@trafogallery.cz.
    Odstoupení můžete zaslat formou jednoznačného prohlášení (např. dopisem zaslaným prostřednictvím provozovatele poštovních služeb nebo e-mailem). Můžete použít přiložený vzorový formulář pro odstoupení od smlouvy, není to však vaší povinností. Aby byla dodržena lhůta pro odstoupení od této smlouvy, postačuje odeslat odstoupení od smlouvy před uplynutím příslušné lhůty.
    Důsledky odstoupení od smlouvy
    Pokud odstoupíte od kupní smlouvy, vrátíme vám bez zbytečného odkladu, nejpozději do 14 dnů ode dne, kdy nám došlo vaše oznámení o odstoupení od smlouvy, všechny platby, které jsme od vás obdrželi, včetně nákladů na dodání (kromě dodatečných nákladů vzniklých v důsledku vámi zvoleného způsobu dodání, který je jiný než nejlevnější způsob standardního dodání námi nabízený).
    Pro vrácení plateb použijeme stejný platební prostředek, který jste použil(a) pro provedení počáteční transakce, pokud jste výslovně neurčil(a) jinak. S vrácením platby můžeme počkat do doby, než nabídnuté zboží obdržíme zpět nebo než prokážete, že jste zboží odeslal(a) zpět, podle toho, co nastane dříve.
    Postup při vrácení zboží
    Zboží bez zbytečného odkladu, nejpozději do 14 dnů ode dne, kdy došlo k odstoupení od smlouvy, zašlete nebo předejte na adresu: Trafo Gallery (Hala 14, Holešovická tržnice, Bubenské nábřeží 306/13, 170 00 Praha 7) nebo na adresu sídla společnosti. Lhůta se považuje za zachovanou, pokud nám odešlete zboží zpět před uplynutím 14 dnů. Přímé náklady spojené s vrácením zboží nesete vy.
    Odpovědnost za snížení hodnoty zboží a výjimky
    Odpovídáte pouze za snížení hodnoty zboží v důsledku nakládání s tímto zbožím jiným způsobem, než je nutné k obeznámení se s povahou, vlastnostmi a funkčností zboží.
    Výjimky: Právo na odstoupení od smlouvy nelze uplatnit u zboží, které bylo upraveno podle přání kupujícího nebo pro jeho osobu (§ 1837 občanského zákoníku).

  1. Information on the Right of Withdrawal
    Right to Withdraw from the Contract
    As a buyer – consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day following the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller of your decision to withdraw: Trafo Gallery s.r.o., Nad Zemankou 894/3, 147 00 Prague 4, e-mail: trafogallery@trafogallery.cz.
    You may submit your withdrawal by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
    Consequences of Withdrawal
    If you withdraw from the purchase agreement, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement.
    We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
    Procedure for Returning Goods
    You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. Address for return: Trafo Gallery (Hall 14, Holešovice Market [Holešovická tržnice], Bubenské nábřeží 306/13, 170 00 Prague 7) or to the company's registered office address. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
    Diminished Value and Exceptions
    You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
    Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that were customized according to the buyer’s preferences or personalized for their person (Section 1837 of the Civil Code).
