Studoval na Fakultě výtvarných umění Vysokého učení technického v Brně u Michala Gabriela, na stáži působil i u Kurta Gebauera na pražské Vysoké škole uměleckoprůmyslové, aktuálně žije a pracuje ve Veverské Knínici. Pravidelně vystavuje na české i moravské scéně již po dobu dvaceti let, je autorem několika pamětních desek ve veřejném prostoru a pod širým nebem často krátkodobě vystavuje i své sochy.

He studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Technology in Brno under Michal Gabriel, he also worked as an intern with Kurt Gebauer at the Prague University of Applied Arts, he currently lives and works in Veverská Knínica. He has been exhibiting regularly on the Czech and Moravian scene for twenty years, is the author of several commemorative plaques in public spaces, and often exhibits his sculptures in the open air for short periods of time.
